I tried to buy tickets for the Columbus, OH show. So you mean to tell me that I paid $42 for the bundle, for the sole purpose of having early access to tickets, so that you could offer me general admission seats? I have been to this venue many times and know it is not strictly GA. This was one big scam to take advantage of loyal fans. How do I get my money back for the bundle?

Just like to update everyone: I E-mailed customer service by using the "Contact Us" link provided to ask how to cancel my bundle order. Shortly after it was sent I received a response that said the E-mail was undeliverable because the recipient's mailbox is full and cannot accept messages now. They have a nice racket going here, don't they?
