Dearest Ray,
It would be my life's wish come true and personal goal/fear conquered if you were to allow a nobody 28 year-old woman with 2 kids from San Diego to sing with you. You are my absolute favorite artist and I listened to your music ever since I was in college and you have gotten me through some really tough times, like the passing of my dad in 2007. But just last Sunday, the 29th, I also listened to your music and accomplished a half marathon in his honor. You have truly brought such beauty and meaning to my life and I just wanted to tell you that you are appreciated and I am beyond grateful for your messages ... It would be amazing to meet you and sing with you here in San Diego, Ca if you were to ever venture down here for a show.
