What's up with having to buy things before even seeing ticket availability (or prices)???
I am a huge Ray LaMontagne fan but having to buy a t-shirt and an album with only 5 songs is pretty crummy!!! We can't even see ticket prices or availability first??? I saw Ray in Santa Fe 2010 and loved it. After the concert, I bought a poster, t-shirt, and his new album, so I'm good, thank you. Bad PR, guys!!! I hope you rethink this tactic on the next tour.

Would you rather have the pre-sale free so that all the ticket broker sites can come on and buy up all the good seats then sell them for insane prices? I ended up getting tickets in the 2nd row for $75 a piece plus the $40 for the shirt and album...Tickets in the same section are already being listed for $300 and up on ticket broker websites. They were right on this one...having to pay to get the pre-sale and not showing the price of the tickets most likely turned away alot of people that just want to flip the tickets and I was able to get awesome seats for a good price
