TOUR PACKAGE RIPOFF

I ordered the tour package and dnt get the live album because it wouldnt work at the sony website. Now come to find out that it was a one day presale on tickets. I lost all this money, ray, please learn how to do this from the dave matthews band, i have been there since 98 and have never had this much problems.
