Presale code for Philadelphia, PA

Anyone have the presale code for this show? I'm a fan of the site, I receive the newsletter, but never received an access code or presale code?? When I try to enter my "password" it tells me it's invalid. However, using the same password gets me logged into the site.

Please help!!!!
