Curious as to why I never received the pre-sale password to purchase tickets today...as promised:( Probably lost out on the opportunity to get tickets to see one of my favorite musicians. Ugh.

and im sure 100s of people are pissed right now. I tried for the presale this morning & it was a cluster f%$k logjam. It took over 5 minutes PER TRY to access the tickets, even for ONE single ticket! The only thing I managed to get was in the upper 200s or lawn seats, which SUCK at Pritzker because there's no guarantee if you'll be able to SEE the stage. Then if you go onto ticketbroker sites, they have TONS of tickets!! I dont get that horsecrap! Can anyone who was SUPPOSED to give the EMAIL for the fans on here the password explain any of that? Its a crock these days that artists dont prevent price gouging...even if they do get a better profit from selling at the set price. Very p'd off right now that IF one wants to resort to shelling out 100s of dollars to see an artist, that this is the route we are forced to do it. TICKETBROKERS SUCK A$$! sorry...
